These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and mmk365 when you access and play on the mmk365 platform (including the website, mobile browser, and all related services).

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms in this Agreement. Please read this page carefully before playing. If you disagree with any part, do not continue to use the service.

To access and play on mmk365, you must meet the following requirements—

Account Registration Process

You must accurately complete all required details at registration, including your name, date of birth, contact information, and payment details. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without notice, and mmk365's decision regarding any balance in such an account is final.

You must keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. mmk365 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.

• Your account is for your use only. You must not give anyone else access to it.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact mmk365 customer service (24/7 Live Chat) immediately.
• You should change your password regularly or whenever you feel it may be compromised.

If you want to suspend an account, contact customer service and request a closure. Once the closure request is completed, any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with our policy.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks (for all payment methods).
• Accepted methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in Myanmar. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• After depositing, the amount available for wagering depends on the games played, and confirmation is not always instant — it is linked to the payment channel used.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit (bank transfers may require additional verification).
• To withdraw bonus funds, the Wagering Requirement on the bonus amount must be met. If you withdraw before meeting it, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited.
• mmk365 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request until KYC (payment verification) is completed.

Welcome Bonus

For your first deposit at mmk365, you can receive a 150% Welcome Bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 15x the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks, and you must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks to withdraw. If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

Promotion Terms (General)

• Each bonus has its own highlighted validity period and wagering amounts, which you can check on the promotions page or by contacting support.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the game type (for example, live casino games may differ from slots).
• Accounts found to be abusing mmk365's bonus policy through multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or arbitrage may have their bonuses removed and their activity reviewed.

VIP Program

mmk365 has 5 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Levels are upgraded based on your play activity and loyalty, with weekly cashback increasing at each tier — from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.2% at Diamond.

Games on mmk365 are protected by SSL encryption and fair play policies, so players can play with confidence.

• Game results on the mmk365 platform are generated by random number generation technology and are not connected to any external parties.
• mmk365 reserves the right to void game results caused by errors or software glitches, at its own discretion.
• Interference with gameplay, hacking, the use of bot software, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.
• For football betting, mmk365 reserves the right to change odds and stake limits without prior notice.

The following actions are not permitted on this platform under any circumstances—

• Making payments suspected of being related to money laundering.
• Opening an account with false personal information.
• Collecting player data from competing platforms or attempting to copy and resell this website.
• Speaking about the service in a hostile manner, making defamatory statements, or sharing misleading information with players.
• Using bots, macros, scripts, or VPNs to bypass restrictions and access the platform.
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit bonuses in bad faith (Bonus Abuse).

If mmk365 finds that this agreement has been violated, mmk365 may close that account without prior notice and take action on the player's funds.

Personal data provided by players will only be used for customer service, payment verification, and regulatory compliance purposes, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for any reason.
